Introduction
PickUpLinesVault.com is a growing collection of REAL pick up lines that guys use to meet, attract and seduce women. These are all published on the site directly by our users. This is a place for you to share the pick up lines that you've used, heard or are thinking about using. It doesn't matter whether it completely 'bombed' with women, or if it worked like 'magic'. Everyone wants to hear about them.
The concept:
- The best, most useful lines, that have the best chance of helping you to pick up a girl get voted to the top.
- The worst, least useful lines, that are likely to lead to rejection or a 'crash and burn' get voted to the bottom.
RESULT: It's kind of like a 'virtual test' of the pick up lines and routines. You get to find the useful ones quicker and easier and avoid more of those 'crash and burns'.
What's the site all about? How should I use it?
Our users mainly use the site to:
- - Share the pick up lines that they used the night before or just 10 minutes ago at lunch time. Everytime someone does this it helps the community.
- - Run a virtual trial on a new pick up line they've thought up. They post it up, and come back later to see what the user base thinks of it.
- - Look for some new 'virtually approved as good' pick up lines to use with the next girl you talk to.
- - Share pick up lines that they've heard are really good or really bad.
How does it work?
Easy. Each user can contribute to the site and submit his own pick up line by clicking on the 'Submit your line' link in the menu at the top of the page. You'll type it in to a box and you can optionally choose a category for it before submitting. You can submit more than one at the same time if you wish
To be published, your pick up line will have to be approved through moderation. How lines are approved is explained in the next point.
As soon as your pick up line is published, other users of the site can vote for it in two different ways: "This line kicks ass!" when they think it would actually work and should be noted down in every man's pick up lines notepad. OR "Uggh.. that's lame!" when they think a guy is more likely to 'crash and burn' when using the line.
These votes enable us to rank your pick up lines as some of the "Best Pick Up Lines" or some of the "Worst Pick Up Lines". Both of these rankings can be found in the menu at the top of the page.
I've just posted my pick up line, what happens now?
The publication process has two consecutive parts. First, the pick up line you've sent will be put through the auto moderation system, where other users will vote on whether they want the story to be published on the site. If your submission gathers enough votes, the moderating team will then decide whether the story is worthy of being on the site.
Why has my pick up line not been approved?
Each day we receive hundreds of pick up lines. We want the site to remain as diverse, valuable and entertaining as possible. If there is already the same pick up line on the site we won't publish it. Some of the things you cna do to help your pick up lines get posted are: keep it real (use the lines you've really used!), write them well (avoid spelling and grammar mistakes), be entertaining in some way without being so out there that it is too nasty to post up.
Why should I create a member's account?
We suggest that you to take a look at our page about the benefits of becoming a PickUpLinesVault member. However, even if you do not sign up to become a fully fledged PickUpLinesVault.com member, you can still submit a pick up line, moderate the pick up lines, and vote for the pick up lines so they can climb the Best and Worst rankings.
What are all these categories? Which should I use?
The categories you can choose to place your pick up lines in are just the most popular ones that users use. You may not have heard of all of them, so here is a quick explanation of the few that are less obvious.
- - Cocky & funny lines: This style of pick up line was popularized by David DeAngelo, one of the most well known dating coaches. It is a form of merging a cocky attitude and being funny into a pick up line. David DeAngelo proposes this as an effective way of attracting women. - - Opinion openers:These are a type of pick up line which is very subtle. They don't sound like traditional pick up lines, but they server the same purpose - to meet the girl! They involve asking an opinion of a girl - click here for a full explanation of the opinion opener.
How can I find a specific pick up line or another member?
You can use the search box at the top right hand corner of the page. To find a pick up line, if you know its number, type # in the search box, followed by the number (ex: #4536). If you don't remember the number, or you want to find a member, you can use the advanced search to try and find what you’re looking for.

Who created PickUpLinesVault.com?
